Prior to AFH, Phillip Leeds was a key member of Pharrell Williams’ core team for over a decade, helping to build and manage the legendary artist’s music and fashion empires. Most recently, Phillip served as the Global Brand Manager for Pharrell’s celebrated clothing lines, Billionaire Boys Club and ICECREAM, directing both design and marketing processes. Prior to this role, Phillip managed all touring aspects for Pharrell and Star Trak Entertainment artists. This was a natural progression from Phillip’s early career at the vanguard of hip-hop, DEF JAM, where he honed is skills at Rush Producer and later Rush Artist Management, working alongside Lyor Cohen and others who helped shaped the music industry into what we know today. Through these singular opportunities, Phillip has accumulated a vast network and a multitude of experience in marketing / PR / brand strategy, celebrity integration, event production, as well as, artist and producer management. Phillip prides himself on being able to identify creative talent and quality products, plus the know-how to “make them happen” by implementing systematic, resourceful and effective strategies.
